随着“双减”政策的落地，体育课再次成为社会大众关注热点。为了能够更好的提高学生体育教育课程信息质量，提升我国体育老师课堂教学管理水平，近日，由芜湖市体育局、芜湖市教育局联合企业组织的2021年芜湖市传统文化项目学校体育教师培训班开班。

本次培训为期3天，采用理论与实践相结合形式悬浮式拼装地板场地展开教学，实施封闭管理。邀请了李明智、孙致元、骆宁、马孝庆、马倩等营业主干相干专家学者分别围绕足球和排球动作要领、技术规范等实务讲解。来自该市传统项目学校的60多名体育教师参加了培训。

我以前对它了解一点，但不是很具体，也不是很标准化。通过这次学习，我对篮球训练有了更深的了解，也学会了如何设计一个篮球课，让孩子们更感兴趣。自从实施“双减”政策以来，作为一名小学体育老师真的感到了压力。给孩子上科学、规范的体育课并不容易，通过体育课培养孩子的体育习惯也不容易。我想首先我们需要让孩子们喜欢在悬浮式地板场地上运动，那么如何让孩子们在悬浮式拼装地板场上运动，通过这次培训班让我有了新的认识。部分体育老师和记者谈起了自己的训练经历。

加强悬浮式拼装地板场地教育，提高体育教师的业务素质，系统规划各级各类体育教师的培养，加强体育教学与科研活动，促进体育教师教学与科研能力的全面提高，推进新时期悬浮拼接地板教学改革，具有积极的促进作用。
